The melting point meter is easy to operate
Easy to operate, simply select the starting temperature, temperature gradient, and ending temperature, press [START], and the results can be read from the melting point meter LCD screen, allowing the experiment to be conducted unsupervised. When the temperature stabilizes or the melting point measurement is completed, the melting point meter will emit an audible and visual alarm. There are two glass shelves on the top of the melting point meter, which can be used to place empty or discarded capillary tubes. If the melting point meter is not connected to a computer, the touch screen system of the melting point meter can also be independently controlled and operated, and the measurement results can be displayed. The operator can observe the sample from the front panel of the melting point meter. During the measurement process, the melting point meter can mark six temperatures through the LCD menu button.
Accurate results
The melting point instrument uses platinum RTD sensors, with a temperature range of up to 400 ℃ and a resolution of up to 0.1 ℃. The melting point meter can be easily calibrated with standard samples, and it can remember the last calibration data. The melting point meter fully complies with GLP regulations and pharmacopoeia requirements.
Quick measurement
The internal microprocessor controls the temperature gradient of the aluminum heating module, and the melting point meter can quickly heat up and cool down. The programmable temperature gradient of the melting point meter is 0.1 ℃ -20 ℃/min, with increments of 0.1 ℃/min. The melting point meter can quickly preheat the temperature to slightly below the melting point temperature, and the melting point meter can shorten the analysis time.
